There are many Shaiya Packet Editing programs. These programs send and receive and edit packets and then send them back to server.
What u can do with the packets is:
Fast enchanting
and using it for Reconstruction Runes.
The fast enchanting does not raise the %,

Shaiya DUPE ( Explanation to DUPING and download )
Hello, first let me explain what DUPE is.
Dupe, means using different ways of making a duplication of a certain item. From a single item making the exact same one.
Dupe in SHAIYA once was made with quite some different methods but the only one left now is using a certain bot. The other methods are found and fixed. However even the Bot method has been fixed in quite some, however there still are many server where it will work.
Okay now let me explain how the BOT method works ( download link available at the end of the post ).
First I will only explain the basics. After I explain the basics I will tell you how to DUPE for example an Armor step by step.
BASICS:
You must have a friend to help you, if you don't have one you must have two computers with two different accounts/characters or just two clients (window mode).
So you pick the item u wanna dupe and give it to the character which will later will log with the BOT. After that you both go to a place (in first map) where there are weak MOBS and where u think no one will find you. For a detailed one look below.
Step-by-step guide:
1. You log two characters and send them to a place with weak mobs and give the items you wanna dupe to a certain character.
2. Now you log the character who has the items to dupe out and login back with the BOT.
3. When the bot is logged make the other character follow the bot character and press F5 to start the bot.
4. Now you look from the NON-BOT character and when u see that the bot character is not attacking mobs you request a trade with him.
5. The bot character gives you the items and you both press OK.
6. After the trade is done press ALT-F4 with BOT CHARACTER and when you log back you will have the duped items.
And don't forget if you dupe GOLD BARS you must sell them and buy again.
RULES:
You cannot dupe a item more than 4 times ( 4 items no more ).
You can't have your duped items in the same character cuz both disappear.
